Yo, this spot is comfy. We had the King Studio with a sofa bed, nice size and cleaned up real good. Close to the strip, easy walk to MGM. Only bummer? Had to wait for the room to get cleaned on arrival. Views from up high are killer, especially at night with the Sphere lit up. Loved it!

The Signature MGM Suite offered an amazing view of the Sphere, especially stunning at night. I loved the spacious layout and cleanliness of the room. The full kitchen had everything I needed, adding to the comfort of my stay. The jacuzzi in the bathroom was a fantastic touch. However, upon arrival, the wait for the room to be cleaned was frustrating. It took about 40 minutes, which felt long after traveling. Valet parking had its issues too. while the attendants were great, the wait time to drop off and retrieve my car was a pain, which could use improvement.

Upon arriving, we faced a frustrating wait of 40 minutes for the cleaning of our room, despite notifying them of our arrival between 3-4 pm. The lack of housekeeping during our stay was disappointing, as we were not informed about paying extra for it ahead of time. Additionally, the valet parking service had long wait times, making it an inconvenient option.

The proximity to the Strip added to my experience of Americana, especially enjoying the view of the Sphere at night. During my stay, I found the bed comfortable and the kitchen useful for preparing my morning coffee.

The wait for check-in was longer than expected, and the water in the shower didn’t drain well, causing a small issue. I also noticed that housekeeping was lacking during my stay.
